So basically I ordered black iphone se in good condition, what means there is no visible scratches.
However I received white iphone se with scratches on the front side.
I've been offered a voucher for 2 usd. Or i should send it back in order to exchange it.
I think that the ad and description is misleading (about quality of a product) and orders being managed poorly.
It has arrived on time.

The phone worked as advertised, the condition was supposed to be "very good", but i would rather rate the phone as good condition. It had a slight backlight bleed on one point of the screen, and the camera had a big scratch, but the scratch didnt have an impact on camera quality.
There were also some issues with delivery, but this is probably the fault of fedex, and some tax issues wich according to fedex was because alloallo didnt declare package correctly, but issue was solved by sending fedex the necessary documents.
But overall nothing wrong with the products, and even the few problems i had am i still unsure is because of fedex or alloallo
